Fixed on any treadmills, the touch screen enables to interact playful way with the system. The analysis module, set to the back of the treadmill, represents the heart of the system and the pilot of the selection process of running shoes. Despite its highly technical nature, the use of this system remains extremely easy, efficient and fast :

• Dynamic characteristics of the stride (while running on the treadmill) :

 

Neutral runner (a roll in a medial direction)	Over-pronator runner (an inward roll of the foot)

 

• The inclusion of the physical characteristics (gender, weight, shoe-size) and parameters related to a custom practice and specific needs(usage, frequency, duration, ground).

 

• Auto-selection of suitable running shoes according to the above parameters, and availables in the store.

 

 

Everything happens near the treadmill ! After removing shoes and socks, 3 white adhesive dots are fixed accurately at the back of the leg. The angle between the 2 segments linking these 3 dots allows to characterize precisely the stride. Indeed, the treadmill has just started that you can already see on the screen the first measurements of the angle, with each impact of your foot to the ground. And less than one minute later, the real-time analysis of your stride ends already.

 

Then, by using the touch screen, it remains to provide your morphological characteristics, your practice and specific needs, the type of ground ... to enable the system to select the perfect pair to fit you. So, you'll just have to try these selected shoes on the treadmill to finalize your purchase. You are now ready to swallow miles with confidence !!...
